Our phone line is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whatever has happened, one phone number is enough.
When you call, we listen, ask a few questions and then organise a tradesperson for you – sometimes from one of our partner companies. Before any work begins, the tradesperson looks at the problem and tells you what it will cost. Nothing happens without your approval, and you receive the invoice on site. We arrange help in all twelve Berlin districts, in many towns in Brandenburg and in more than 180 cities across Germany, from Hamburg and Munich to Cologne, Frankfurt and Leipzig.
